Operator and acceptance

GaGaSEO is operated by Avraham Avi Busby. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using GaGaSEO, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Service

GaGaSEO provides website crawling, technical and on-page SEO analysis, audit reports, comparisons, and related tools.

Audit findings are diagnostic guidance. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, or any particular search-engine result.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of GaGaSEO security.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval displayed during checkout until cancelled.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment information.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Service limits shown on the pricing and checkout pages form part of the subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals through the available subscription-management process.

After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests are governed by the GaGaSEO Refund Policy and applicable law.

Authorized use

You may audit websites you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to assess.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and must not use GaGaSEO to attack, overload, probe, or interfere with third-party systems.

Intellectual property

GaGaSEO and its software, branding, interfaces, and original content remain the property of the operator and applicable licensors.

You retain ownership of your websites and information you submit. You grant GaGaSEO the limited rights required to operate and secure the service.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, limit, or discontinue features. Reasonable notice will be provided when a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription where practicable.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security events, network failures, or third-party services.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing findings before changing a production website.

To the extent permitted by law, GaGaSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
