Refund Policy

Initial purchase

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial GaGaSEO subscription purchase.

The 14-day period begins when the initial payment is successfully completed.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or an incorrect or duplicate charge occurred.

Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Email support@gagaseo.com with the account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive financial information by email.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. Bank processing times may vary.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
